I’m Daniella.
I’ve spent fifteen years answering one question: how do we nourish ourselves at the deepest level, while caring for the world we share?
The forms kept changing, but the question didn’t.
I built a boutique wellness hotel on the idyllic beaches of Tulum, Mexico: Sanará. Then my Real Coconut Kitchen restaurants and recipes, designed around crops most people had overlooked, and a food company, Sana Foods. A cookbook, a lifestyle collection, and now a longevity company working with the oldest life on earth to support our health: phytovive.
I write here about wellness as a way of being, which I have come to understand is, in some ways, more important than the doing, or the adding. Much of it is about discernment, paying attention, breath and the space in between. Less, but the right less, in the right way.
Some of what I share about who I am and what I do relates to creative expression, because that is where it all started, before anything was ever a business. And a good deal of it is asking why something is done the way it is, and whether it could be approached differently, all while circling back to ponder the concept of collective wellbeing, caring for ourselves, as we care for each other, and our world.
